Entry
- The entry fee for the tournament is $160.
- Entry includes lunch, gifts, prizes, showers, water, beer, fun.
- 3 matches guaranteed, weather permitting.
- Region 2 President’s Cup points will be awarded.
- All players must be current APTA members or pay a $20 Limited Membership Fee, good for one tournament. Join the APTA. The one-time $20 tournament fee could be paid directly to the tournament director. Please bring a check payable to the APTA the day of the tournament.
- Nationally Ranked teams have entry priority up to two weeks before the tournament.
- Entry deadline is January 3, 2015.

Time & Place
Matches will be played at the Longmeadow Field Club, 750 Wolf Swamp Road, Longmeadow, MA; Longmeadow Country Club, 400 Shaker Road, Longmeadow, MA; and Suffield Country Club, 341 North Main Street, Suffield, CT. Start times will be confirmed by email.
Format
- The Men’s NRT/PCQ Draw will be limited to 28 teams.
- Official APTA rules will govern play.
- All “main draw” matches will be best of 3 tie-breaker sets.
- All “back draw” matches will be shortened format (APTA 12 point tie-breaker instead of a third set).
- Quarter Reprieve is MANDATORY.
