Entry
- The entry fee for the tournament has gone down and is now ONLY is $120/team.
- Entry includes cocktail party, lunch, trophies, favors, raffle prizes, and much more.
- 3 matches guaranteed.
- All players must be current APTA members or pay a $20 Limited Membership Fee, good for one tournament. Rochester League players are now APTA member so no fee is required.
- Entry deadline is October 19th, 2015.

Time & Place
Matches will be played at Shadow Lake Golf & Racquet Club and area clubs. Matches will begin on Saturday at 8:00 am. Two or three matches will be played in the morning before lunch.
Extras
- Saturday lunch at Shadow Lake from 11:30 am – 2:00 pm.
- Saturday cocktail party and food from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm during Semis and Finals at the Shadow Lake paddle hut.
- Saturday afternoon party will go well into the evening.
