2014_Mixed_Nationals_logoThe following are some of the comments that the 2014 American Business APTA Mixed Nationals Tournament Committee received in the last few days. Fortunately, no hate mail so far.

1. “I have played in many nationals and countless NRT and PCQ tournaments. I wanted to congratulate you on what I feel was the best run paddle tournament I have ever played in. I know you have a long weekend ahead but if mixed nationals goes 1/2 as smooth as today you are going to be setting the bar very high for future tournament directors. Congrats again.”

2. “Congrats on mixed nationals, heard great things from the people I knew who played it! Looked like you pulled it off in grand fashion.”

3. “Thanks for doing such a great job hosting the mixed nationals. Everything ran very smoothly, the food was great and it was a nice group of people playing and watching. The ladies in the hut at Round Hill Club were very excited about being a part of the event and were quite accommodating. I also appreciate you introducing me to Brian, the chiropractor who was kind enough to take a look at my shoulder. Thanks again for everything!”

4. “We had a great time. Very well ran (please thank your team from the…) and loved being a part of it.”

5. “I heard many guys mention that this was the best run tourney they’ve ever played. Kudos!”

6. “Thanks so much for hosting a great, very well run event. My husband and I had a wonderful day on Friday. Thanks again for all of your hard work and attention to detail.”

7. “Thank you so much for organizing the tournament! You guys did an outstanding job, and it was by far the most well organized tournament I have ever played in! Keep up the good work!”

8. “Thanks again for running a great tournament and a first class environment to participate in our first tournament.”

9. “You ran a great tournament. We had a wonderful time. Thanks so much!”

10. “Thanks for all your work running the event this weekend. My wife and I  had blast both Friday and Saturday!”

11. “I went to Dr. Brian Nathanson this morning and he was simply terrific! Professional, thorough, personable and he aligned my body for the first time in years. How can I best endorse him to the paddle community? We all know we are pounding our hips and knees and we definitely need someone like Brian in our lives. And to you goes a big thank you and congratulations! A terrific tourney this weekend – well ran, warm hut commanders and volunteers, fantastic paddle, great goodies, and more. Kudos to you for hosting the tourney and to your committee members who pulled off an absolute winner of a weekend!”

12. “Great job of running the tournament on the weekend.  It was a very good tournament, thanks for all your efforts.”

13. “I wanted to let you know that we had an incredible time H/W and Mixed Nationals this year!  Thank you so much for putting a really great event, you did a great job!!!  Look forward to seeing you at another tournament next season.”
