If you are near New York City during this coming St. Patrick’s Day you could go to the parade in Manhattan. If you are a big time paddle player, you will probably will be in Long Island playing Nationals. However, if you are one of the thousands of paddle players in the tri-state area you should definitely check out Paddles With a Purpose.

This year, the 4th Annual Paddles With a Purpose Paddle Tournament will be hosted at the Country Club of New Canaan on March 17th. Funds raised during the event benefit the Bennett Cancer Center at Stamford Hospital. 100% of the funds raised will go directly to programs for the Cancer Center’s patients and their families. A $125 “donation” covers tournament entry, food, drink, and a great giveaway. We’ll be there rain, snow, or shine.
